Step 1

Prepare long-grain white rice in an Instant Pot according to the instructions

Step 2

Clean the green beans, add them to a pot with water and bring to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes then drain

Step 3

Finely chop the onion and mince garlic. Take a cast-iron skillet and heat it to medium-hot. Add olive oil before adding the chopped onion and garlic

Step 4

Stir continuously until soft, this takes about 4 minutes. Then add the shredded chicken. Combine the chicken and onion mix. Then add the burrito seasoning and add ¼ cup of water

Step 5

Let it simmer for 5 minutes then you can let it cool

Step 6

Now take a tortilla, and add one to two tablespoons of rice, in the middle of the tortilla

Step 7

Add 2 tablespoons of chicken mixture on top of the rice and a tablespoon of green beans. Sprinkle with grated cheese and add your favorite tomato salsa

Step 8

Fold your burritos and wrap them with foil. Preheat the Air Fryer to 400℉/200℃. Add the burritos to the Air Fryer and warm them for 5 minutes

Step 9

Serve immediately
