In a medium bowl, mix the flour, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Add the Panko bread crumbs to a separate bowl.
Step 3
Whisk the egg in a third separate bowl.
Step 4
If using chicken breasts, cut each breast into 3-4 even tenders.
Step 5
Coat each tender in flour, then egg and lastly Panko.
Step 6
Arrange the tenders in your Airfryer basket and spray with a light coat of olive oil. This is optional, but will help brown the chicken tenders nicely.
Step 7
Cook at 325° for 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of your tenders, until they reach an internal temperature of 165°.
Step 8
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces!
