Step 3
Coat each chicken tenderloin in flour, then egg mixture, then panko crumbs. Place in air fryer basket, careful not to overcrowd (separate to 2 batches if necessary).

Spray chicken tenders with olive oil or nonstick spray, and cook 7 minutes. Flip tenders, spray, and cook for another 7 minutes.
Step 5
Chicken is fully cooked at internal temperature of 165 degrees farenheit. Once 165 degrees internally, serve and enjoy.
