Step 1
If the wing tips remain, trim them from the flat part of the wings and discard. Pat the wings all over with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Step 2
Mix together the seasoned salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne in a large mixing bowl. Add the wings and toss well to coat with the spice mixture.
Step 3
Spray the basket of an air fryer well with nonstick cooking spray. Place one half of the wings in a single layer in the basket, with some space in between each wing. Cook at 370° for 10 minutes. Flip each of the wings and return them to the air fryer for another 10 minutes. Flip the wings once again, increase heat of the air fryer to 400° and cook for 8 to 10 more minutes until the skin is crispy. Repeat with the remaining chicken wings.
Step 4
Serve the wings immediately out of the air fryer, or toss with Buffalo or BBQ sauce before serving alongside ranch or blue cheese dressing, if you like.
