Combine the chicken salt, pepper and garlic powder in a small bowl. Place chicken in a large bowl and sprinkle with salt mixture, tossing to evenly coat.

Place the chicken, skin-side down, in a single layer in the basket of an air fryer. Cook for 15 mins. Turn chicken and cook for 10 mins or until dark golden, crisp and cooked through.
Step 4
Meanwhile, combine sweet chilli sauce, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and chilli in a bowl.
Step 5
Place chicken and spiced mayo sauce on a serving platter and sprinkle with spring onion. Serve with coleslaw, hot chips and lemon wedges.
