Step 1

Use melted butter or olive oil cooking spray, and spray the ramekins.

Step 2

​Microwave chocolate and butter in a medium microwaveable bowl or heatproof bowl on high for 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until the chocolate is melted. Microwave for an additional 30 seconds if needed.

Step 3

​In a mixing bowl, add powdered sugar and flour and mix well.

Step 4

Add whole eggs and egg yolks. Whisk until well combined.

Step 5

Divide evenly between the greased ramekins, filling about 3/4 full.

Step 6

Place ramekins in an air fryer basket and cook at 370ºF, air fryer setting,  for 7 to 10 minutes. Allow to sit for 1 minute. Invert on a plate and gently tap the ramekin's bottom to release.

Step 7

Run a butter knife around the edges to loosen the cakes

Step 8

Garnish with powdered sugar and berries and serve immediately with ice cream.
