Step 1
Lay out three shallow bowls in a line. Tip the flour into one, beat the egg into another and put the breadcrumbs in the third.
Step 2
Roughly chop the chicken into bite size pieces, then coat the chicken in the flour, then dip in the beaten egg and finally the breadcrumbs. Spray with oil and air fry for 14 mins at 200°C.
Step 3
Meanwhile, mix the sauce ingredients together in a bowl. Slice the spring onions and red chilli, then set aside.
Step 4
Once the chicken is done, pour the sauce straight into the air fryer basket, shake well so that it coats the chicken, then air fry for 2 mins.
Step 5
Top with sesame seeds, the sliced spring onions and chillies. Enjoy!
