Step 1
Combine flour, onion powder and chilli flakes in a bowl. Season with pepper. Whisk egg in a separate bowl. Combine breadcrumbs and sesame seeds in a bowl. Working in batches, toss fetta in flour mixture. Dip in egg, then toss in breadcrumb mixture to coat. Place on a plate.
Step 2
Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Place fetta cubes, in a single layer, in air fryer basket. Cook for 6 minutes or until golden.
Step 3
Meanwhile, to make the barbecue sauce: combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Step 4
Sprinkle fetta with chives. Serve with sauce.
