Step 1
Mix liquids- In a 9 x 9 inch baking dish, beat the eggs, then stir in the milk, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Do your best to get the spices to dissolve, they won't completely.
Step 2
Dredge the bread- dip the bread into the liquids, depending on how old your bread is, you may wish to allow it to soak for 30 seconds before flipping.
Step 3
Cook- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes. Spray the basket or tray with spray oil, then arrange the toast in a single layer. Cook for 5 minutes. see note 3
Step 4
Flip- After 5 or so minutes, flip the toast over and cook for another 3-4 minutes, until golden on both sides.
Step 5
Top with syrup, fresh berries, and/or whipped cream and enjoy!
