Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 350F / 180C.
Step 2
Spritz each chicken breast with a small amount of oil or cooking spray, and season as desired.
Step 3
Place inside the air fryer basket, making sure there is space between the pieces.
Step 4
Cook for 10 minutes, then turn over and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Step 5
Check for doneness with a meat thermometer. The interna temperature should be 165F / 74C when inserted into the thickest part of chicken breasts.
Step 6
Cook for a few more minutes, if necessary.
Step 7
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes so juices redistribute, then slice and serve.
