Step 1
Crack your egg into a small bowl and beat it with a fork. Using a pastry brush, brush the tops of your egg rolls with egg until the frozen egg roll tops are well coated.
Step 2
Cook in the air fryer grill pan for 8 minutes at 160c/320f. Turn the frozen egg rolls over and brush the other side with more egg and cook for a further 8 minutes at the same temperature.
Step 3
Serve warm.
