Take a small bowl and whisk the egg

Brush the frozen empanadas with egg wash. Preheat your Air Fryer for 5 minutes at 350°F.

Then put the empanadas in a single layer in a pizza pan in the Air Fryer basket
Step 4
Air fry the empanadas for 8-10 minutes check halfway through the cooking to see if they brown
Step 5
Take out of the Air Fryer and serve immediately
