Step 1
Place the frozen pierogies in a bowl and add in the oil. Mix the pierogies around until they are evenly coated in the oil.
Step 2
Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 3
Once preheated, place the pierogies onto the air fryer tray. Give the pierogies enough room to cook evenly (they shouldn't touch one another). If you can't fit 12 pierogies, just use however many you can fit and cook the other ones in a second batch.
Step 4
Cook the pierogi for around 8 to 10 minutes. Flip them after about 6 minutes. The outside will get dry and crispy when cooked. Since every air fryer is different and cooking time might vary. Keep a close eye on your pierogies, especially towards the end - you don't want them to burst open.
Step 5
Remove the pierogies from the air fryer and serve them with sour cream for dipping (optional)!
