Step 1
Remove the frozen scallops from the packaging, discarding any excess liquid and then place into the air fryer basket. Season with salt and pepper. Load up the air fryer with peeled garlic cloves, chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
Step 2
Air fry for 12 minutes at 180c/360f.
Step 3
Then check a scallop to make sure it is firm and has started to go light brown.
Step 4
Then load onto a plate and squeeze the lemon juice from the lemons over the scallops and serve.
