Step 1
Make a tin foil tray that is the size of your air fryer.
Step 2
Cube the fish into 1 - 1 1/2 inch pieces and place into the air fryer. Pour in the melted butter and olive oil. Toss the basket gently to coat the fish.
Step 3
Sprinkle the seasonings over the top of the fish.
Step 4
Pour in the wine and squeeze in the lemon juice. Put into the air fryer at 400-425° for about 10 minutes.
Step 5
