Step 1

Marinate chicken with minced garlic, lemongrass, fish sauce, sugar, chili flakes for 1 hour

Step 2

After 1 hour, add chicken in the air fryer skin side facing up. Make sure to spray the air fryer before adding the chicken. Set at 380 for 15-18 minutes. If your chicken has bone-in, add 5 minutes. Make sure to keep an eye on it to prevent it from burning.

Step 3

In a bowl, add chopped green onion and salt. Heat 4 tbsp of oil, and once the oil is hot, drizzle it all over the green onion.

Step 4

To serve, drizzle green onion oil all over the chicken and enjoy!
