Step 1
Preheat the air fryer at 300F / 150C for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the pita pockets in half, then cut each half in three or four pieces to make triangles. I use kitchen scissors to do this, but a sharp knife also works.
Step 3
Combine the olive oil, dried rosemary, garlic powder, salt and black pepper in a small bowl. Use a silicone brush (or your hands) to lightly coat the pita in the oil mix.
Step 4
Arrange the pita in an even layer in your air fryer, with space in between each piece. Air fry for 8 minutes at 320F / 160C, shaking the basket every 3-4 minutes. For more crispy pita chips, continue to air fry in intervals of 2 minutes to the crispiness you like. Set aside to cool slightly before enjoying with your favorite dips!
