Export 2 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Oil two large ramekins (they need to be big enough to hold the eggs and water). Fill the ramekins three-quarters full with water, then put in the air fryer and heat at 200C for 5 mins. After this point, the water should be simmering.
Step 2
Crack the eggs into a small cup or glass, then tip into the water in the ramekins. Put back in the air fryer and cook at 180C for 5-8 mins until the yolk is cooked to your liking (some air fryers don’t cook evenly, so you may want to turn the tray round halfway through cooking). Loosen the egg with a knife or spoon, then carefully tip onto a slotted spoon to drain the water, then serve.
