Step 1
Mix all ingredients, except vegetable oil and wonton skins, together in a bowl. Use a spoon or your hands to combine the ingredients.
Step 2
Put 1 teaspoon of pork mixture in the center of a wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper with water, and fold to form a triangle. Seal and pinch corners together to make dumplings.
Step 3
Brush wontons with vegetable oil on both sides.
Step 4
Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees.
Step 5
Place the wontons in a single layer in the air fryer basket. It may be necessary to air fry wontons in batches.
Step 6
Air fry wontons for 5 minutes at 375 degrees, then flip the wontons and cook for another 5 minutes until brown and crispy and cooked through.
