In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs and parmesan. In another shallow dish, beat together the half-and-half and egg. Dip the ravioli in the egg mixture and then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to help it adhere. Place the ravioli on a large plate as you work. Spray the ravioli generously with cooking spray on both sides.
Step 3
Working in 2 batches, arrange the ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Fry until lightly golden, 5 to 6 minutes. Flip and cook until golden brown and crisp, 5 to 6 minutes more.
Step 4
Sprinkle the ravioli with parsley and more parmesan, and serve with marinara sauce.
