Step 1
Into a bowl, add the raw cashews, spices, salt to taste and ghee.
Step 2
Mix well until the spices coat cashews. Note - You may also use your hand to rub the spices for best results.
Step 3
Preheat the Air fryer at 180 Degree Celsius for 2-3 mins.
Step 4
Transfer the cashews into a baking dish (that easily fits inside the air fryer) and air fry at 180 degree Celsius for 5 – 7 mins. Open the basket in between to check.
Step 5
Use oven mittens or tongs to remove the baking dish from the air fryer. Place it aside to cool.
Step 6
Once cool, store the cashew nuts in an airtight container or jar in a cool, dry place. Stays fresh for a week or more.
