Step 1

In a small bowl, stir together salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning and brown sugar.

Rinse and pat dry chicken.

Rub oil over chicken and then sprinkle and rub seasoning mix all over chicken.

Step 4

Spray air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray. Place chicken, breast side down, in basket.

Step 5

Set air fryer at 360 degrees and cook for 30 minutes.

Step 6

Flip the chicken over and cook at 360 degrees for another 30 minutes. Make sure the internal temperature reaches at least 165 degrees.
