Step 1
Add shaved Brussels sprouts to a bowl. Top with olive oil (makes them crispy), salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Step 2
Toss to coat veggies in oil and seasonings. Then add Brussels sprouts to the air fryer basket.
Step 3
Close up the air fryer and cook veggies at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Halfway through cooking time, open up the air fryer and use a spatula to mix up the Brussels sprouts so that they cook more evenly.
Step 4
When time is up, scoop Brussels sprouts out of the air fryer using a spoon or spatula and add to a bowl or plate.
