Step 1

Firstly wash the peppers and then pat them dry with a paper towel. Now add these to the Mixing Bowl and spray lightly with Oil or Oil Spray.

Step 2

Further add these to the Air fryer basket in a single layer. Now air fry these at 390*F/180*C for about 6-7 minutes till the peppers get charred look on the top. Shake the basket in between for 1-2 times.

Step 3

Mix ginger, Honey, Soy Sauce & lime juice together with a Small Whisk. Mix till all the ingredients are well incorporated. It is a great "no cook" dipping sauce.

Step 4

You can serve these along with some Dang Dang Noodles, Vegetable Noodles, Teriyaki Noodles, General Tso's Meatballs, Thai Red Curry, Massaman Curry, Thai Green Curry, Garlic Noodles and more.
