Export 11 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Add shrimp, seasonings, oil, and lime juice to Ziploc bag. Marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours
Step 2
Cut up all veggies into strips. Remove seeds from jalapenos if you want less spicy. Add a little oil and all seasonings to veggies.
Step 3
Line your air fryer basket with foil to hold in the juices and promote steam. Add just the veggies which are oiled and seasoned and cook last 370 for 8 min.
Step 4
Open the air fryer and add marinated shrimp without excess juice on top of veggies. Cook for another 7 minutes at 370.
Step 5
Open air fryer and toss all together with tongs and look at shrimp. If needed which I did, cook for approx 2 more minutes. Open and toss and get your tortillas ready and build your yummy fajitas. Enjoy!
