Add the steak pieces in a medium bowl, along with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste, set aside.

Preheat the air fryer to 400 F for 5 minutes. Once the air fryer is heated, place the steak pieces in the air fryer's basket in a single layer and air fry at 400f for 4-7 minutes or until desired doneness.

While the steak pieces are cooking, sautee the butter and minced garlic on the stove until the butter is melted and the garlic is fragrant.

Step 4

Toss the air fried steak bites in the garlic butter along with parsley before serving.
