Step 1
Place 1 large egg in a large bowl and lightly beat. Add 3 cups leftover stuffing and stir until combined. Scoop into 1-inch balls.
Step 2
Preheat an Instant Vortex Plus 7-in-1 Air Fryer Oven to 375ºF and set to 12 minutes. Coat the racks with cooking spray. Place a single layer of hushpuppies onto the racks and spray the tops with cooking spray. Air fry for 5 to 6 minutes, rotating the trays and hushpuppies halfway through. Repeat with the remaining stuffing mixture.
