Step 1

Preheat an air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes. Toss together sweet potato sticks, oil, and salt in a large bowl until completely coated.

Step 2

Lightly coat basket with cooking spray. Place sweet potato sticks, in batches, in a single layer in prepared basket. Cook in preheated basket until browned and crispy, 12 to 14 minutes, flipping halfway through. Transfer fries to a plate, and sprinkle lightly with additional salt, if desired. Serve immediately.
