Step 1
Peel the sweet potatoes with the help of a vegetable peeler.
Step 2
Cut the sweet potatoes into wedges of 1 centimeter thickness and 2-3 inches in length.
Step 3
Rinse under cold water and pat dry it on a paper towel.
Step 4
Add the olive oil, salt, and rosemary twigs to the sweet potato chunks and mix well.
Step 5
Let the sweet potatoes rest for about 10 minutes.
Step 6
Preheat the air fryer to 390°F.
Step 7
Cook the sweet potatoes in the air fryer for about 15 minutes.
Step 8
After about 7-8 minutes, open and shake the basket well.
Step 9
Continue air frying for the remaining time.
Step 10
Insert a fork and check if they are fork tender.
Step 11
Transfer the sweet potato wedges to a serving plate.
Step 12
You can sprinkle some black pepper or seasoning of your choice.
