Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).

Wash and dry the sweet potatoes thoroughly. Then, cut them into thick wedges, approximately ½ inch thick. I recommend halving the sweet potatoes lengthwise and then cutting each half into thirds or quarters, depending on the size of the sweet potato.

Place all the wedges into a mixing bowl and drizzle them with 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil and all the seasonings. Toss the wedges to ensure they are evenly coated.

Once the air fryer is heated, evenly space out the wedges inside the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding; if your air fryer is small, cook the wedges in two batches.
Step 5
Air fry the sweet potato wedges for 15 to 18 minutes, turning each wedge over with tongs halfway through the cooking time to ensure even crispiness.
Step 6
Serve the sweet potato wedges immediately as a delicious side dish, or save them for meal prep. They pair well with ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
