Export 4 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
I always let my meat rest at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before cooking. For this recipe, I did not salt before, as I usually do, since I was making a garlic rub.
Step 2
Start by dicing your garlic into small pieces.
Step 3
Then add the olive oil to the minced garlic.
Step 4
Use your fork to make holes in the roast so that the oil and garlic can seep into it--About 10 pricks per side.
Step 5
Rub the mixture into the meat.
Step 6
Rub the mixture onto both sides of the meat, and then refrigerate for about an hour before placing it into the air fryer.
Step 7
Set the roast into the air fryer basket.
Step 8
Set the temperature to 400 degrees F and 15 minutes; after 15 minutes, check the roast. Then flip it and add another 15 minutes to the time.
Step 9
Remove the roast from the air fryer basket and rest for about 15 minutes, so the juices move to the middle of the meat. This will ensure a good juicy piece of meat.
Step 10
Then slice, plate, and enjoy!
