After about 15 minutes and start checking the temperature of the turkey breast, do you want the internal temperature to be 165°F. If the turkey breast has not reached an internal temperature of 165°F, set it for another 5 to 10 minutes, depending on your air fryer.

Remove turkey from the air fryer and allow it to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
