Step 1
Add 2 tbsp Olive oil, 0.5 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Paprika and 1 pinch Sea salt and black pepper to a small bowl. Mix well to combine everything.
Step 2
Starting breast side up, rub t1.5 kg Whole chicken with half of the oil mixture. Flip over and rub the remaining oil mix over the underside.
Step 3
Place the chicken, breast side down, into the air fryer basket. Cook at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Using tongs or two forks, carefully flip the chicken over.
Step 5
Cook breast side up at 180°C for a further 20-25 minutes.
Step 6
Carefully remove the chicken from the air fryer and let rest for 10 minutes before carving.
