Lay 2 paper towels folded in half into a bowl. Use a spiralizer with your zucchini and then place into bowl.

Microwave for 2 minutes to soften slightly. Take out and put another paper towel on top, gently press down to absorb moisture on top of noodles.

Put into bowl again and drizzle with olive oil and seasonings, toss together.
Step 4
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes. Pour zoodles in and move so it overlaps as little as possible.
Step 5
Cook for 4-5 minutes until tender as you'd like with a bit of crisp on the edges. Pour marinara on top and serve like spaghetti.
