Step 1

preheat oven to 400 degrees

Step 2

peel and cut the bananas into chunks

Step 3

Arrange them in a baking dish

Step 4

pour the butter over and drizzle the orange and lemon juices

Step 5

Sprinkle with cinnamon, brown sugar and coconut

Step 6

Bake for 10 minutes

Step 7

Remove from oven and drizzle over some honey

Step 8

put oven to broil and brown for about 2 minutes but watch to make sure it does not burn

Step 9

Remove and serve warm
