Inspired by Alabama&rsquo;s claim to saucy fame, this easy mayonnaise-based dressing comes together in just minutes. Apple cider vinegar gives this dressing a nice bite, while garlic and onion powders lend flavor that&rsquo;s reminiscent of classic ranch, but with a tangy twist.

Alabama-Style White Barbecue Sauce Dressing

mayonnaise (preferably Duke’s)

apple cider vinegar

brown sugar

black pepper

salt

garlic powder

onion powder

Whisk together all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and chill 30 minutes.


I made this dressing for an iceberg wedge salad (we enjoyed a beautiful slow-sautéed salmon as the protein) and it was fantastic! I followed the recipe exactly and we were so pleased! This recipe will be on repeat!
