Step 1
Place fruit in a bowl and cover with flavoured milk. Mix and refrigerate overnight.
Step 2
Add the self-raising flour and mix well.
Step 3
Grease and line a cake tin with baking paper.
Step 4
Pour mixture into cake tin and cook for 1½ hours in a preheated 180C oven.
