Step 1
In a saucepan over medium heat, add the butter, sugar, apple juice, honey, Dijon mustard. Whisk until combined.

Bring the glaze up to heat. Then add bourbon, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir to combine.
Step 3
Allow the glaze to simmer (very slow boil) until it thickens.
Step 4
When the glaze is thickened, remove from the heat and set aside to cool. It should thicken more as it cools.
