Step 1

Combine dried bread cubes, celery and parsley flakes in large bowl.

Step 2

Melt butter; and add broth, salt, pepper, onion powder and egg.  Mix well.

Step 3

Pour over bread mixture and combine.

Step 4

Add turkey and mix well.

Step 5

Put into a greased casserole dish (9 x 13 or 3 ½ qt.)

Step 6

Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
