Angel Cake with Corn Flour

Step 1

Heat the oven to 360°F (180 °C). Sift the 2 types of flour together.

Step 2

Beat the whites to snow, mix them with the vanilla and sugar and continue beating.

Step 3

Carefully mix this with the flour and pour it into a cake form. Bake for 45-50 min.

Step 4

Transfer the cake to a serving platter and sprinkle with powdered sugar .
