Step 1

Start whipping egg whites (I recommend to snow)

When they are well whipped add the linseed juice, the icing sugar and the cream of tartar

When they have reached a frothy and shiny consistency, add the rice flour

Step 4

Pour this mixture into the donut mold and cook at 170 degrees for about 40 minutes.
