I did not care for these much.  They turned out okay, but I did not like the flavor.  If I decide to try them again, I would use less almond flavoring (or maybe lemon flavoring) and a little more coconut.  I followed the directions exactly, baked them on parchment paper and they came out fine, just didn&#039;t like the taste.

Made these exactly to recipe.  Came off parchment paper easily.  Very quick and SO delicious, especially with a cup of coffee!

Easy and delicious, did spread a little, but otherwise, great cookies to make and share.

I used parchment paper.  The cookies did spread quite a bit, but I enjoyed the flavor a lot.

Love this recipe - and the cookies are always gobbled up where ever I take them!

Making these today, they flattened out. Also I baked them on wax paper, big mess, I had to peel them off and the paper stuck to the cookies. I think it meant to use parchment paper. Otherwise I added chocolate chips and almonds and  finished off the other half  of the batter and put. Them on a plane cookie sheet and they turned out better. However still hard to remove from the pan. Still delicious..I wonder what I did wrong that they flattened out so much?

I have made these 5 times so far.  They have been a big hit!! I did decrease the almond extract to 3/4 tsp.  I add an extra 1/2 cup of coconut. Sometimes I add chocolate chips, sometimes I add toasted almonds.  So far, the chocolate chip ones have been the favorite. Love this super easy recipe!!
