Top each slice of apple with a piece of cheese and slice of jalape&ntilde;o.


This was amazing! I love jalapeños and this is a great and delicious way to get some more.

I was nervous this would be too spicy, but it was delicious and super-satisfying pick-me-up for afternoon snack at work.
