Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. Line bottom of pan with bread cubes and top with apples. Set aside.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, and apple pie spice until smooth. Pour egg mixture over bread and apples.
Step 3
Bake until golden brown and cooked through, about 45-60 minutes. Drizzle with caramel sauce and chopped walnuts (if using) before serving. Enjoy!
