Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Meanwhile, add the chopped apples, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, vanilla, salt, coconut sugar, coconut oil, and orange juice to a bowl and toss till well coated

Then place in a greased baking tray or skillet

Step 4

In the same bowl, toss the Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Apple Blueberry Granola with the coconut oil and vanilla and place this on top of the spiced apples

Step 5

Bake for 30 minutes - start checking on the crumble around the 20 minute mark to keep it from browning, can place a piece of aluminum foil on the top to prevent this.

Step 6

Enjoy warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, frozen yogurt or coconut cream. Toss some extra Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Apple Blueberry Granola on top for even more flavor!
