Step 1

Choose an organic carrier oil for your base such as jojoba, rosehip seed, kukui nut, or sweet almond oil.

Select an essential oil for your particular mood or physical need.

Slowly drip your essential oil into the bottle, tighten the cap, and roll between the palms of your hands to blend. A

Add 1/4 ounce of the oil blend to a filled tub and swirl throughout the water before getting in to soak. Be sure to keep the oil well dispersed as you bathe.
