Step 1
Into a large skillet, add sesame oil and heat on medium-high heat. When hot, add onion and sauté for 1-2 minutes. If you are adding vegetables to the recipe, add them now.
Step 2
Add ground chicken breast to skillet and sauté over high heat until cooked through, 3-5 minutes.
Step 3
Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sweet chili sauce, ginger and garlic powder. Stir until the chicken is well coated in sauce.
Step 4
Spoon rice, then chicken into bowls. Garnish with diced green onions or sesame seeds (optional).
Step 5
Serve while hot.
