Export 12 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Wash the choy sum trim the ends, then shred finely.

Step 7
Place the salad on a large platter, arrange the pork slices on top, drizzle the hoisin sauce on top, scatter with the sesame seeds and keep chilled until ready to serve.
