Step 1
In a bowl, mix all marinade ingredients, except chicken stock, coriander mushroom soya sauce, pickles and oil. Add pork and marinate for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Heat oil and fry pork cubes until browned and cooked to taste.
Step 3
Meanwhile, heat chicken stock, coriander and mushroom soya sauce.
Step 4
Bring to boil, pour over pork and serve immediately with mixed pickles sprinkled on top.
