Step 1

Start by chopping up the onion, avocados, and tomatoes and place them in a large bowl.

Step 2

If you are using fresh corn you will need to remove it from the cob. Add it to your bowl.

Step 3

Rinse your black beans and add them to the bowl. (You can use canned or freshly soaked black beans in this recipe, both need to be rinsed first)

Step 4

Squeeze the juice from the 2 limes and pour it over the top of the salsa.

Step 5

Sprinkle in a little garlic salt (we use about 1/2 teaspoon) until it's reached the perfect saltiness for your taste.

Step 6

Toss with a spoon lightly until everything is mixed together.
